If you need to switch something up, hit us within 24 hours of checkout at Urbanelitex23@gmail.com and we’ll try to catch it before it’s made. If your hoodie ever shows up damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and pics within 7 days, and we’ll get you a replacement or refund, no stress.
